MD Squared manages the new 12 unit Manhattan condo for which I serve as the president of the board (as well as several other properties on our block from the same developers). I’m so glad they were chosen by the building’s sponsors, as Michael Mintz has been a terrific help. He’s been tremendously involved in all aspects of getting the new building up and running, which has otherwise been quite difficult. Michael is quick to respond 24/7, and spent an entire Sunday at our building when several units flooded thanks to a burst pipe. Though I have no comparison on price, I was surprised by how reasonable their charges are based on the amount of work done, as compared to other services (ahem, custodial/super services). If you’re considering a property management company throughout NYC, you have my unreserved recommendation for MD Squared. Client since January 2016
