Michael Mintz is the founder and CEO of MD Squared Property

Group, LLC. MD Squared is a 3rd party property management company managing over 80 buildings and 3000 units in the New York metro area.

Prior to founding MD Squared in 2014, Michael was a Senior Property Manager and Acquisitions Manager at FirstService Residential New York overseeing the acquisition, management and renovations of over 30 buildings in Manhattan.

Since founding MD2 Michael has syndicated 4 investments including 2 sponsor packages in Manhattan, 1 single family home renovation and one 4 residential and 1 commercial store re-positioning in the Bronx.

Michael saw returns in excess of 250% in a 3 year period on the single family home investment and 220% returns on the Bronx mixed use property in a 14 month period.

Additionally, through MD2’s management arm, Michael has overseen many large building wide improvements such as fire escape replacements, facade restorations, boiler conversions, elevator modernization, etc, and multiple apartment renovations. Michael has a wide range of general contractor and sub relationships.
